How to Make Balsamic Chicken Drumettes

  • Chicken drumettes 12 pieces
  • Balsamic vinegar 125 ml
  • Runny honey 125 ml
  • Soy sauce 100 ml
  • Brown sugar 150 g
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • Fresh rosemary 3-4 sprigs
  • Fresh parsley 30 g
  • Sesame seeds 20 g

Cooking Instructions:

  1. The first thing to do is to prepare a marinade. Pour 125 ml of balsamic vinegar, along with 125 ml of runny honey into the bowl. Then, add 100 ml of soy sauce. Next, add 150 g of brown sugar. Give that a gentle toss, just to solve honey and brown sugar. Then, cut 5 cloves of garlic and add to the bowl.
  2. Place your chicken drumettes into a resealable plastic bag, then, pour your marinade right into the bag. Next, add 3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary. Take most air out of the bag, seal it. Put the drumettes into the fridge for 2 to marinate.
  3. In 2 hours take the drumettes out of the fridge and place on the baking tray with tin foil. Place your chicken into the oven for 45 minutes at 230 degrees.
  4. Instead of getting rid of the marinade, pour it into a saucepan and reduce until it thickens for about 15 minutes. Brush the sauce on top of the drumettes once they are cooked.
  5. Chop 30 g of fresh parsley and sprinkle it on the top of your chicken. Finish with sprinkle of sesame seeds. Of course, you can visit one of Gordon Ramsay to have amazing chicken dish, or you can do it at home by yourself.
