Amazing eggs and anchovies recipe, with the ingredients you can buy in every supermarket. Take tinned anchovies. They are rick with omega 3 and a natural flavor enhancer. Take 200 g of tinned anchovies and crash them in mortar and pestle. Add 100 g of soft butter and give the paste a good mix.
Take 4 big slices of bread and fry them in olive oil until nicely colored.
Next take 4 eggs and put in the boiling water. Cook for 4,5 minutes.
While the eggs are boiling, spread the paste on the bread. Chop parsley and spread it on bread. Cut your bread one-bite pieces.
