In the mixing bowl add 150 g of plain flour and 50 g of caster sugar. Then, add 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Give that a good mix.
Next, add 1 egg, 100 ml of milk and 50 ml of melted butter. Add a pinch of salt, then, mix.
For Calvados apples, get your pan nice and hot. Add 50 g of butter and 150 g of green apples. Cook until apples are nicely colored, than add 50 ml of Calvados. Next, add 1 tablespoon of vanilla paste and 50 g of dark muscovado sugar. Add 100 ml of double cream. Give that a good mix and cook until light brown.
For the pancakes, heat the pan, add 30 g of butter. Spoon the batter into the pan. Cook the pancakes until nicely colored.
