Chicken Fricassee


  • 8 chicken sticks
  • Pancetta 150 g
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Chestnut mushrooms 400 g
  • Fresh rosemary 10 g
  • Fresh thyme 10 g
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Chicken stock 200 ml
  • Brandy 50 ml
  • Fresh parsley 50 g
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. If you haven’t found easy Halloween recipe yet, this easy chicken dish is for you! Take chicken sticks and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Get your pan nice and hot, pour some olive oil in.
  3. Place your chicken into the pan. Sprinkle 150 g of pancetta over the chicken. Add 2 cloves of garlic. Cook the chicken until nicely colored on all sides.
  4. Take 400 g of chestnut mushrooms and cut them in halves. Sprinkle the mushrooms on the chicken.
  5. Add 10 g of fresh rosemary and thyme. Next, add 1 bay leaf.
  6. Next, pour 50 g of brandy and flambé the chicken.
  7. Then, add 200 ml of chicken stock. Simmer and reduce the stock for about 10 minutes. Add fresh parsley over the chicken. Now you know how to cook chicken sticks! Delicious! Cook this recipe with a photo!
