How To Make Chocolate Cake | Giant Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • Butter 100 g
  • Sugar 100 g
  • Bittersweet chocolate 150 g
  • 2 chocolate-coated vanilla ice cream bars
  • Confectioners’ sugar 30 g
  • Salt

Cooking Instructions:

  1. First, take 100 g of butter and place into the bowl. Then, add 6 whole eggs, 100 g of sugar and a pinch of salt. Give that a really good mix.
  2. Then, add 150 g of melted bittersweet chocolate. Mix.
  3. Take a ramekin and grease it with butter. Pour a half of a chocolate mixture into the ramekin. Into the ramekin place 2 chocolate-coated vanilla ice cream bars, such as Klondike. Then, pour the second half of chocolate mixture into the ramekin.
  4. Place your cake into the oven at 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.
  5. When cooked, dust your cake with confectioners’ sugar.
