Farfalle with Broccoli


  • Farfalle 450 g
  • Broccoli 200 g
  • Butter 40 g
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 anchovy fillets
  • Red pepper flakes 3 g
  • Parmesan 30 g

Cooking Instructions

  1. This is perfect pasta for breakfast. It is delicious and full of flavor. To cook it, boil 3 liters of water in the pot suitable for cooking pasta. Season the water with a teaspoon of salt. Then, add 450 g of farfalle. Stir it occasionally.
  2. In 5 minutes add 200 g of broccoli florets to your pasta. Let them cook together for more 3 minutes.
  3. While your pasta and broccoli are cooking, prepare the sauce. Heat the pan and add 6 tablespoons of olive oil. Then, add 40 g of butter. Slice 3 cloves of garlic and add to your pan. Then, chop 5 fillets of anchovies and add to the pan, along with 3 g of red pepper flakes. Add a pinch of salt.
  4. Next, remove your broccoli from the pot pan and add to the sauce. Mix broccoli with the sauce. Then, add you farfalle and mix again.
  5. To keep your pasta moist, add 300 ml of pasta sauce to the pan. Then, grate 30 g of parmesan right into the pan. Gently mix it. Cook for more 3 minutes.
