Fillets of Beef with Gremolata

Ingredients:

  • 2 beef fillets 150 g each
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Rosemary 10 g
  • Thyme 10 g
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Chicken stock 100 ml
  • Lemon zest 30 g
  • Parsley 30 g
  • Capers 50 g
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Take two nice round beef fillets season them with salt and pepper.
  2. Get the pan nice and hot, add some olive oil.
  3. Crash 2 cloves of garlic, add rosemary, thyme and 2 bay leaves.
  4. Fry the beef until nicely colored on all sides.
  5. Add 100 ml of chicken stock into the pan. It makes the beef moist.
  6. For gremolata, grate 30 g of lemon zest; add 30 g of parsley and 50 g of capers. Season with salt and pepper. Mix.
  7. Cut the beef, place some gremolata on top. Drizzle some olive oil. Cook this recipe with a photo!
