Flatfish Fillet Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Two slices of a flatfish
  • Leeks 40 g
  • Carrots 50 g
  • Spring onion 20 g
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Dill 20 g
  • Rosemary 1 g
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine
  • Thyme 1 g
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Here you will find out how to cook fish in the oven. Take two slices of a flatfish. Take the skin off. Put some fresh dill and make rolls.
  2. Cut some leeks, carrots, spring onion and garlic. Add some time, rosemary. The thyme goes brilliantly with the leeks and the rosemary goes perfectly with the carrots.
  3. Take baking paper. On the baking paper put vegetables forming a nest for the fish. Season it. Drizzle generously olive oil and white wine. Put the fillet. Wrap it with baking paper.
