Start with the vinaigrette. Add 125 ml of olive oil into a bowl. Then, add 75 ml of red wine vinegar and ½ teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Next, add 1 teaspoon of dry oregano and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Give that a good mix.
Cut one big hothouse cucumber in cubes. Place it into a large serving bowl. Then, add large diced red and yellow peppers. Cut 200 g of cherry tomatoes in halves and add them into the bowl. Next, add 30 g of sliced red onion and 100 g of pitted Kalamata olives.
Next, pour some vinaigrette into the bowl and give the salad a good mix. Cut 150 g of feta cheese in cubes and add to the salad. Gently mix it. Delicious and flavorsome Greek salad is ready!
