New Year Recipe | Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 chunks of salmon (150 g each)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil 6 tablespoons

Cooking Instructions:

  1. What to cook for New Year? Our answer is grilled salmon. For this dish, take 4 good chunks of salmon fillet.
  2. Then, prepare a marinade. Use a half of marinade on raw fish and another one on cooked. Start by crushing 3 cloves of garlic and place them into a bowl. Then add 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Next, add 6 tablespoons of olive oil. Then, pour a half of the sauce on raw salmon. Marinate for 5 minutes.
  3. Then, place your salmon chunks on the griddle and cook until nicely colored on both sides for about 4,5 minutes on each side.
  4. When cooked, place your salmon on the serving plate and pour the rest of the sauce on. That is how to cook salmon in less than 20 minutes.
