- Dry capellini 450 g
- 2 lemons
- Butter 200 g
- Take 450 g of dry capellini and place it into the boiling water for 3 minutes.
- While your pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Place 200 g of butter into the warm pan. Then, add zest of 2 lemons and juice of 2 lemons. Then, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
