  • Buttermilk 300 ml
  • Breadcrumbs 250 g
  • Grated parmesan 150 g
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Balsamic vinegar 3 tablespoons
  • Extra virgin olive oil 100 ml
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions:

  1. This is a great way to cook chicken for Christmas dinner. The secret of chicken tenders is that they are strips of meat located under the chicken breast. Take your chicken tenders and put them into a large bowl. Add 300 ml of buttermilk into the bowl with chicken tenders. Let the chicken marinate in the buttermilk for at least 15 minutes. You can marinate it for 1,5 hour.
  2. While the chicken is marinating, prepare a coating. Place 250 of breadcrumbs with Italian herbs and 150 g of grated parmesan into a bowl.
  3. Then, make a dressing. Chop a couple of cloves of garlic finely and place into a serving bowl. Add salt and pepper. Next, add 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Then, add 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil. Give that a good mix.
  4. Next, put chicken tenders into the breadcrumbs. Make sure that they are nicely covered with the coating.
  5. Place your chicken on the baking tray. Drizzle some olive oil over chicken tenders.
  6. Put the chicken into an oven at 500 degrees for 12 minutes. It is easy, quick and absolutely delicious.
