Here you will find out how to cook perfect turkey burger in under 10 minutes. It is so easy, that even your kids would make that! Take 300 g of turkey mince, add 50 g of grated zucchini to keep the moist. Then, add 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic and a teaspoon of smoked paprika. Season with some salt and pepper. Give that a good mix.
Form 2 griddle-cakes. Place them onto a griddle with some olive oil. Cook until nicely colored on both sides.
Peel an avocado and remove the pit. Place the avocado into a bowl and season it with salt and pepper. Then, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mash that up with a fork.
Then, slice 2 patties in halves and place on the griddle.
Cut 2 nice slices of a tomato. Next, take 2 lettuce leaves.
