Perfect Tailgate Turkey Burger in 10 Minutes


  • Turkey mince 300 g
  • Grated zucchini 50 g
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Smoked paprika 1 teaspoon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 patties
  • Tomato 2 slices
  • Lettuce 2 leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. It is tailgate season now, and there are lots of tasty dishes you can cook. You already know how to cook beefburgers, hamburgers and kebabs. Here you will find out how to cook perfect turkey burger in under 10 minutes. It is so easy, that even your kids would make that! Take 300 g of turkey mince, add 50 g of grated zucchini to keep the moist. Then, add 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic and a teaspoon of smoked paprika. Season with some salt and pepper. Give that a good mix.
  2. Form 2 griddle-cakes. Place them onto a griddle with some olive oil. Cook until nicely colored on both sides.
  3. Peel an avocado and remove the pit. Place the avocado into a bowl and season it with salt and pepper. Then, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mash that up with a fork.
  4. Then, slice 2 patties in halves and place on the griddle.
  5. Cut 2 nice slices of a tomato. Next, take 2 lettuce leaves.
  6. Now, gather your burgers. Take one part of a patty, place a lettuce leaf, and then, put your turkey. Next, top your burger with a slice of tomato and avocado mash.
