What to Cook for Breakfast | Potato Latkes

Ingredients:

  • 2 big potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • Flour 3 tablespoons
  • Clarified butter 3 tablespoons
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Grate two peeled potatoes. Then, take a clean kitchen towel and put your grated potatoes right inside. Roll the kitchen towel around it and then just squeeze it over the sink. Then, put your potatoes into the bowl.
  2. Whisk one egg and add to your potatoes. Then, add 3 tablespoons of flour. Season with salt and pepper. Give it a big stir.
  3. Heat up a big pan and add 3 tablespoons of clarified butter.
  4. Take a tablespoon of potato mix and place right into the pan. Spoon all the mixture into the pan.
  5. Fry until golden and crispy.
