Rib-Eye Steak with Grilled Artichokes


  • Rib-eye 400 g
  • Artichokes 400 g
  • 1 lemon
  • White wine vinegar 3 tablespoons
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Rosemary 10 g
  • Butter 20 g
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Wrap the rib-eye with a kitchen film. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes. It will help to cut the portions of exact size.
  2. Take artichokes. Cut off the stalks, remove leaves, peel down through the stalks.
  3. Drizzle the artichokes with lemon.
  4. Boil the artichokes with a half of lemon and white wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add some olive oil.
  6. Take the rib-eye out of the fridge and slice it. Season the slices with salt and pepper. Then, put into the hot pan with olive oil. Add crushed garlic and rosemary. Put 20 g of butter.
  7. Cook the rib-eye until it is nicely colored.
  8. Heat the griddle. Take out the artichokes season them with salt and pepper. Then, put them on the grill. Cook until nice and brown.
  9. Cut the slice of rib-eye and place it on the plate. Add some artichokes. Cook this recipe with a photo!
