Smoked Paprika Chicken Stroganoff


  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Smoked paprika 20 g
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Mushrooms 100 g
  • White wine 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken stock 100 ml
  • Sour cream 50 g
  • Parsley 20 g
  • Spaetzli 100 g
  • Olive oil
  • Salt pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts and cover them with smoked paprika. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Get the pan nice and hot. Pour some olive oil.
  3. Placed the chicken into the pan. Give it a little bit of color.
  4. Cut the onion, pepper, garlic and mushrooms. Put into the hot pan with olive oil.
  5. Pour some white wine. Then, add chicken stock and sour cream.
  6. Return the chicken breast into the pan.
  7. Add sugar snap peas and chopped parsley.
  8. Finish the dish off with spaetzli – German crispy pasta. Fry the pasta with olive oil, then add some butter. Cook this recipe with a photo!
