Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- Smoked paprika 20 g
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Mushrooms 100 g
- White wine 2 tablespoons
- Chicken stock 100 ml
- Sour cream 50 g
- Parsley 20 g
- Spaetzli 100 g
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts and cover them with smoked paprika. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Get the pan nice and hot. Pour some olive oil.
- Placed the chicken into the pan. Give it a little bit of color.
- Cut the onion, pepper, garlic and mushrooms. Put into the hot pan with olive oil.
- Pour some white wine. Then, add chicken stock and sour cream.
- Return the chicken breast into the pan.
- Add sugar snap peas and chopped parsley.
- Finish the dish off with spaetzli – German crispy pasta. Fry the pasta with olive oil, then add some butter. Cook this recipe with a photo!
