Make sure that your steak has room temperature. Grease the steak with some olive oil and season with a touch of salt and pepper. Heat the griddle pan and place your steak on the grill. Cook your steak for 5 minutes on each side. Place some cherry tomatoes and mushrooms along with your steak. Lightly season your tomatoes and mushrooms with salt and pepper. Place 1 sprig of rosemary on the grill. When you turn your steak, add 10 g of butter. In total, cook your steak, mushrooms and tomatoes for 10 minutes.
Take another pan and heat it. Take jacket potatoes and slice them. Add some olive oil into the pan, place your potatoes in. Season your potatoes with salt and pepper. Crash 1 clove of garlic on your potatoes. Then, add 10 g of butter and 10 g of chopped red onion. When your potatoes are ready, add 10 g of chopped spring onions.
Crash 2 cloves of garlic into pestle and mortar, along with chopped mint, basil and parsley. Then, add sliced chili. Next, add 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, along with 1 table spoon of red wine vinegar and1 tablespoon of runny honey. Then, season with salt and pepper. Next, add 10 g of chopped spring onion. Grind that mixture. Then, add 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. When steak is ready, place your chimichurri on it.
