Cooking Instructions

  1. Take a nice beef fillet and season it generously with salt and pepper. Make sure that the fillet is covered with seasoning.
  2. Take a bulb of garlic and slice it in half.
  3. Take a pan and heat it. Add some olive oil. Place the beef into the pan. Add your garlic and thyme. Cook until the meat is nicely colored on all sides. Then, place the thyme on top of the garlic. Put your beef on the thyme. Add 50 g of butter. Spoon the melted butter over the steak. Take your pan with a fillet and place it in the preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. While the beef is in the oven, cook tomato sauce. Chop one red onion. Roughly slice a chili, leave the seeds for extra heat.
  5. Heat the pan, add some olive oil and add onion along with slice chili.
  6. Take 300 g of cherry tomatoes, red and yellow, and cut them in half. Add a touch of salt and pepper. Add your tomatoes into the pan. Add a tablespoon of sherry vinegar. Turn the gas down and let the tomatoes stew perfectly. After 10 minutes, add 30 g of fresh basil.
  7. A steak sandwich will not be complete without amazing mustard mayonnaise. Simply add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise into the bowl. Then, add 3 teaspoons of whole grain mustard and mix.
  8. Take your beef out of the oven. While it is cooling down, prepare some ciabatta bread. Season your ciabatta with salt and pepper. Drizzle some olive oil. Place your bread on the grill and cook until nicely colored on both sides.
  9. Slice the beef and take two ciabatta slices. Spread your mustard mayonnaise over 2 slices of ciabatta. Next, put a lettuce leaf on two ciabatta slices. Put a beautiful beef slice on one bread slice. Top the beef with tomato sauce. Top with the second half of ciabatta. Slice your sandwich in half. That is how to cook a sandwich for breakfast or lunch, which is full of flavor and aroma. Cook this recipe with a photo!
