Sticky Spicy Chicken Wings


  • 12 chicken wings
  • Tamarind paste 3 tablespoons
  • Palm sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Chilli flakes 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Fish sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Spring onions 20 g
  • Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. Delicious dish you could cook at home with the ingredients you can by in the nearest supermarket. Let’s start off with the marinade. Into the bowl, add 3 tablespoons of tamarind paste, 2 tablespoons of palm sugar. Next, add a nice sprinkle of chilli flakes. Crash 2 cloves of garlic in, then, add a tablespoon of fish sauce and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  2. Place chicken wings into the bowl and rub in the marinade. Coat the chicken wings with all that marinade. Cover the wings and place into the fridge. Ideally marinade your wings overnight, but half an hour will be enough to get the flavors going.
  3. Take the baking tray and put some tin foil on it. Place the wings on the tray.
  4. Place the tray into the oven at 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes. When cooked, the wings onto the plate and sprinkle some spring onions. Now you know how to cook chicken wings by Gordon Ramsay’s recipe even more flavorsome, than KFC chicken wings. Cook this recipe with a photo!
