Teriyaki Salmon


  • 6 pieces of salmon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Ginger 30 g
  • Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Rice wine 1 tablespoon
  • Maple sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. First job is to make teriyaki marinade for the salmon. Teriyaki is delicious, sweet and perfect for salmon. Slice the garlic and put into the big bowl. Add roughly chopped ginger. Then, add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Next, add 1 tablespoon of rice wine and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Then, add a little touch of olive oil.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Next, put your salmon into the marinade. Then, place your salmon into the fridge for 10 -15 minutes.
  3. Get your pan nice and hot. Add some olive oil. Take your salmon out of the fridge and put it into the pan skin down. Put slices of ginger from the marinade on each salmon fillet. Turn each fillet on the other side when the skin is golden and crispy. Add the rest of the marinade into the pan. Cook your salmon until nice and crispy on all sides.
  4. Place your fish onto the serving plate with ginger on top. Now you know how to cook salmon! It is easy and delicious.
