Truffled cream cheese has to be the perfect canape on Christmas Day morning. It is very simple: cream cheese, sour cream, chives and truffle oil. Start with 200 g of cream cheese; place it into a deep bowl. Then, add 100 g of sour cream. Give cream cheese and sour cream a good mix.
Next, add a little touch of salt and pepper. Then, add 30 g of chives. Finely chop the chives. Place your chives straight into the cheese cream mixture.
Next, add 1 teaspoon of truffle oil. It is always expensive to buy truffles, but you can always have truffle in the cupboard. Then, mix everything together. This Christmas dish is very easy but absolutely delicious.
