Vietnamese Style Baguette with Beef

Ingredients:

  • 2 beef steaks
  • 1 baguette
  • Soy sauce 70 ml
  • Runny honey 20 ml
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cucumber
  • Rice vinegar 70 ml
  • 1 chili
  • Castor sugar 20 g
  • 1 lime
  • Fish sauce 30 ml
  • Coriander 20 g
  • Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. Here you will find out how to make a beef steak by Gordon Ramsay’s recipe. Start slicing beef steak into strips. Then, simply marinade in soy sauce and runny honey. Leave for up to 2 hours.
  2. Then, thread your marinated beef onto skewers and pan fry in hot olive oil.
  3. For the topping, which add a lovely sour contrast, grate carrot and simply leave to pickle in rice vinegar.
  4. Next, make an easy dressing. Chop a chili, add castor sugar and lime juice. Then, add a glug of fish sauce.
  5. Slice the baguette. When lovely and brown, the beef is ready. Remove the stick and put on the baguette. Then, top with pickled carrot, add sliced cucumber and spicy sauce. Finish with coriander. Cook this recipe with a photo!
