Yorkshire Pudding Recipe


  • Flour 200 g
  • Milk 500 ml
  • 4 whole eggs
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. Firstly, place a cake tray into the oven.
  2. Put 200 g of flour into the mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt.
  3. Slowly add 500 ml of milk. Do not stop whisking.
  4. Add 4 whole eggs. Whisk until your batter is silky and smooth. Then, place it into the fridge to chill.
  5. Then, add vegetable oil into the hot tray.
  6. Next, pour the batter into the forms.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Cook this recipe with a photo!
